The site extends to 3.47 acres (1.40 hectares) and historically held three gasholders having formally been used for gas storage. The site is an irregular shape, is relatively flat and has been recently cleared. The wider site benefits from access from both Homesdale Road and Liddon Grove with the intent that the new Travis Perkins yard will be accessed solely from Homesdale Road and the residential from Liddon Grove. The site is currently vacant. The residential element of the site is located on the western part of a wider Travis Perkins owned site and measures 2.52 acres (1.02 hectares) with a 40-metre frontage onto Liddon Road. This part of the site was formally owned by SGN. The site plan listed differentiates the opportunity from the land Travis Perkins will retain. |
